Choose whether you want to receive email or text message notifications when your bill is ready.

  1. Login to your
    My TELUS

  2. Select
    from the overview

    • Select desired account, if applicable

  3. Select
    Manage bill notifications

  4. From the
    Manage bill notifications
    section, select one of the following:

    • Text message notification

      • Check the box next to the desired phone number (up to 3)

    • Email notification

      • Check the box next to the desired email address (up to 3)

  5. Select

Notifications are now set up on your account.
