Having trouble logging in?
If you’re having issues signing in to your account on the TELUS Small Business Cybersecurity console, try these steps to troubleshoot:
Verify your user role
: Ensure that an admin role is currently assigned to your account. To be added as an admin user to the platform, you can send a request to a workspace owner or current admin user.
Use a different browser
: Browser-related issues can occasionally prevent a successful sign-in attempt. We recommend using a different browser to see if the issue persists. Consider trying Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge.
Clear cache and cookies
: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can often resolve sign-in issues. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, and then signing in again.
Here are browser-specific instructions on how to clear your cache and cookies:
Chrome

Select the menu (three vertical dots) and go to
Settings

Select
Privacy and security
and then
Delete browsing data
.
Select a time range from the dropdown. To delete everything, select
All time
.
Select the following checkboxes:
Cookies and other site data
and
Cached images and files
.
Select
Delete data
.
Firefox
:
Select
Settings
from the menu in the top-right corner.
Select the
Privacy & Security
panel in the
Settings
menu.
Go to the
Cookies and Site Data
section.
Select
Clear Data
.
Select the following checkboxes from the
Clear browsing data and cookies
dialog:

Clear

Under the

section, select
Choose what to clear

Select a time period from the

to delete all data.
