You can find your account number on your
Order confirmation
page. It is located on the top left corner, by
Account Number.
Note:
If your account number is preceded by
1001
, please disregard it when registering to My TELUS or when registering for bill payments with your banking establishment.
Your account number can be found on your
paper bill
,
on page 1 next to the company name
and at the end of the page which has
the stub that can be attached to your payment

You may also find your account number in the
bottom-left corner
of every page of your bill.
Bill Analyzer Statement Report
You can generate a statement report from within the
Bill Analyzer
which will also have the account number
at the top of page 1
