How to use or activate Visual Voicemail

Visual Voicemail lets you manage your voicemails by reviewing them in a list on your iPhone. You can listen to any message by simply tapping on it – no need to listen to instructions or prior messages.

You can also rewind to any point in case you miss part of the message.

Protect your privacy and security

Create a personal password for your mailbox:

    Change Voicemail Password
    on your handset

Activating your Visual Voicemail

The Visual Voicemail feature will be added to your account within 24 hours of receiving an email or SMS notification from TELUS Business. In the meantime, you should ensure you have the latest version of the carrier settings on your iPhone. (See below.) The most up to date carrier settings are required in order to activate the Visual Voicemail feature.

Using Visual Voicemail

Once we add the Visual Voicemail features to your account (within 24 hours of receiving an email or SMS notification), when you tap on the Voicemail icon, your iPhone will display a list of voicemail messages instead of dialing the voicemail system.

Any existing voicemails already saved in your inbox will remain available after the setup process is complete.
