Troubleshooting for TELUS Business customers: Internet light is green / Wi-Fi light is off (ZyXEL VGS - 1432)

All of the devices at work cannot connect to the Internet

Internet light is green / WLAN light is off

Try the following steps:

    Resetting your modem will remove your customized network name and password. You will have to reconnect devices to the default network or reset your
    network name and password
