Troubleshooting for TELUS Business customers: Internet light is green / Wi-Fi light is off (Actiontec T3200M)

Follow the applicable troubleshooting steps.

Try the following steps:

  1. Once internet light is on, check Wi-Fi light.

    • If it is still off,
      reset
      your modem.

  2. If your internet is working, you should see the default Wi-Fi network name listed on your device.

Resetting your modem will remove your customized network name and password. You will have to reconnect devices to the
default network
or reset your
network name and password
.

: Restarting or resetting your modem may only provide a temporary fix to your problem, if you find the issue reoccurs
