Troubleshooting for TELUS Business customers: Internet and WLAN lights are on (ZyXEL VGS - 1432)

All of the devices at work cannot connect to the Internet.

Internet and WLAN lights are on

Your modem is operating normally when both lights are on. Try the following steps:

  1. Check if other devices in your building are transferring large files and consuming your bandwidth

  2. Turn off devices not in use to prevent them from using up all the bandwidth

  3. Restart your device

: Restarting or resetting your modem may only provide a temporary fix to your problem, if you find the issue reoccurs
