How to change your add-ons
Learn how to change your add-ons easily from your My TELUS portal without having to wait on the phone.
2. Select the
Mobility Plans & Devices
tab
3. If there is more than one account linked to the profile, you will be prompted to select the account you want to view and make changes for:
4. Select the
Subscriber
you wish to modify
5. Select the appropriate option based on what you’re looking to do:
6. View your current add-ons and choose new ones with the tabs shown below to navigate the various types of options available.
Note:
You will only be able to view options that are available for your type of account and plan
7. Select
Continue to Review
to review the final details of the changes before making them final.
8. Review the summary and select
Confirm changes
9. Wait for confirmation that your transaction was successful. You will also receive a confirmation email.
10. If you scroll down, you will be able to see a handy overview of what to expect on your next bill.
