How to manage or change your 10 Favourite Numbers using My Account
feature, you can choose up to 10 Canadian phone numbers on any network to which you can make or receive unlimited calls and text messages.
Managing your Favourite Numbers
Log in to your
TELUS Business account
. If you don't have an account, you'll need to register for one.
Mobility plans & devices
Add or make changes to your current numbers
: The following numbers cannot be selected as Favourite Numbers:
Your TELUS mobile number
Your voice mail retrieval number
Canadian long-distance numbers, unless your Favourite Numbers service is Nationwide
Updating your your Favourite Numbers
When you add phone numbers to an empty Favourite Numbers list, the new list takes effect immediately
If you modify an existing Favourite Numbers list, the new list takes effect within 24 hours
If you have already modified an existing Favourite Numbers list during your billing cycle, further modifications will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
To check when your previous changes took effect:
Your favourite number list changes and effective dates will display.
