End-of-life device repair

What to do when your device is no longer supported for repair

An end-of-life device is a device that a manufacturer is no longer supporting for repair.

This could be due to the device being discontinued or no longer having the parts to support repair.

How does this affect me?

End-of-life devices are no longer able to be repaired by the manufacturer. Because of this, TELUS is unable to send these devices to the manufacturer to be repaired. This includes the warranty and repair program and Easy Repair Program.
