For your convenience, downloading the app is available via two different and easy methods:
Direct download
Download for Mac:
Business Connect Desktop app for MAC Computers
Download for PC:
Business Connect Desktop app for Windows Computers
Download from Business Connect Voice Manager
Sign in to the
Business Connect Voice Manager
Select
Settings
Note:
If you are signed in as an
Admin

Admin Portal

My Extension
, then select
Settings
Select
Phones & Numbers
>
Phones
Scroll down and select the
Download/Activate Apps
button
Select
Download TELUS Business Connect Phone Desktop App
from the drop-down menu
Select
Download for Mac
or
Download for PC
to download the version compatible with your computer
Locate the file on your computer (often found in your
Downloads folder
)
Run the install wizard and follow the prompts to install the app on your computer
Note:
Once the Desktop App is installed, you must complete the activation by registering the E911 address. See

for more information.
