Directory Assistance Call Completion - November 10, 2023
This change will only affect caller Using Directory Assistance (e.g. 411).
The option for Directory Assistance will not longer be available.
Customers will need to dial the number received, from Directory Assistance, to complete the call.
The option for Directory Assistance Call Completion will no longer be available.
Alternate Billing No Longer Available – July 31, 2023
Customers will no longer have the option to opt for alternate billing effective July 31, 2023:
Customers have had the option to bill directory assistance charges to a third number or calling card instead of the calling from number
The service has been moved to a new platform that does not allow us to continue to offer this option/feature.
Directory Assistance Rate Change – April 6, 2023
Customer will be charged for each service utilized effective April 6, 2023:
If customer uses Local or Long Distance Directory assistance and Directory Address Information on the same call, 2 charges will be applied
Customers are charged per request, even if the listing is not found
Automated Directory Assistance Call Completion (local or long distance) is no charge, however if used for a Long Distance number, Long Distance charges will apply.
