Connected Worker isn't working as expected and my phone is connected to Wi-Fi

Sometimes the Wi-Fi network you are connected to won't allow Connected Worker to work as expected. Try turning Wi-Fi off and see what happens.

Sometimes you may get errors that messages aren't delivered or the app just isn't working like you think it should.  Usually this means that you are connected to a Wi-Fi network that has a firewall rule that won't allow our messages to be sent to and from the app.

The best way to see if this is the case is to
turn Wi-Fi off on your device
, making sure you have a solid cellular data signal, then trying again.

Unfortunately, we can't control firewall rules, so if you think this may be an issue, please contact the IT personnel that manage your Wi-Fi network and ensure to check the
firewall rules required to allow access over Wi-Fi
.
