  1. Log in to your
    My TELUS

  2. Go to
    My Profile

  3. Under the billing name, select
    Change password
    as seen below:

    Change your password
  4. Enter your current password

  5. Enter your new password according to the requirements

  6. Re-enter your new password to confirm

  7. Select

    Change your password continue
