Changing your mobile phone number for TELUS Business customers

How to change your phone number within the same province using My TELUS (free of charge).

  1. Select 
    Plans & Devices

  2. Select 
    Device

    My TELUS Device tab
  3. From the
    Manage your device
    section, select
    Manage your phone number

    My TELUS Manage your device
  4. Select
    Find a new number
    to search from a pool of our available numbers, or
    Transfer your phone number
    to swap an existing number from another service provider

  5. Follow the steps on the screen, filling out all necessary fields

  6. Once you've completed the steps, your phone number has been changed. The new number will be
    active within 15 minutes

  7. Once active, turn you phone off and then back on

  8. Place a test call to ensure your new number is working properly
