Selecting your mobile voicemail language for TELUS Business customers

How to change your mailbox language to English, French or Cantonese

You have the option of setting your mailbox language to English, French or Cantonese. The prompts that you and your callers hear will play in the language you select.

Change your mailbox language

  1. Access your mailbox

  2. From the Main Menu:

    • Press 4 for Personal Options

    • Press 4 for Personal Preferences

    • Press 5 for Language Options

    • Press 1 for English

    • Press 2 for French

    • Press 3 for Cantonese
