Cancelling your Business Connect® account

How to cancel or delete your Business Connect® account (and back up your data)

To cancel your TELUS Business Connect® account, you must be the company admin or account owner.
: If you have a contract, you may be responsible for service cancellation charges as defined in your contract.

Once you back up your company and user data as described below, call or chat with Business Connect Support by calling
to cancel your account. They’ll ask you for the following information:

  • The main phone number associated with your company account

  • Your account number (BAN) from your bill

  • Your PIN

: Once your account has been deleted, it cannot be reactivated without recreating the entire account.
