Learn how to check if your Business Connect services are experiencing any outages and actions you may take when outages arise.

Simply visit
telus.com/cloudphonestatus
to check if your account is affected by a current Business Connect service outage.

If you are affected by a reported outage, you can log into
My TELUS
and submit a
Support Request for Technical Support
with Business Connect to receive assistance within 48 hours.

and select
option 3
