As admin, you can change the greeting that is heard when calling the main number
Add a company greeting
From
Voice Manager
, select
Phone System > Auto Receptionist > General Settings > IVR Settings
Select
Edit
under
Company Hours Greeting
or
After Hours Greeting
Change
Set Greeting
to
Custom
and choose your recording method:
Over the Phone
Via computer microphone
Importing
If you are editing a previously recorded greeting, select the
red Record button
and select your recording method
Once the recording is uploaded, select
Done
Turn off the company greeting
From
Voice Manager
, select
Phone System > Auto Receptionist > General Settings > IVR Settings

Edit
under
Company Hours Greeting
or
After Hours Greeting
Select
Bypass greeting
to go to extension, then
Select Extension to ring
Select
Done
