TCR Campaign Registration
Reduce spam and unwanted SMS!
USA based Mobile carriers now require all business SMS users to register with The Campaign Registry (TCR) to ensure compliance with new regulations.
These requirements apply to all businesses sending and/or receiving SMS from/to USA numbers through Business Connect
The registration process will be added in VoiceManager for customers who require SMS destined to the USA.

Extension 111 is now free to use!
Previously blocked 111 is not free to use with TELUS Business connect as it does not overlap with any existing N11 services in Canada.
Bulk call queue creation
CQ in bulk, now simplified!
Users can create multiple CQs by downloading and then uploading a template file. This is similar to feature “Add Users in Bulk” in User List.
