Your TELUS technician will ensure your Static IP subnet is provisioned to your TELUS modem. You will need to manually configure IP addresses on your end devices.

☐ Ensure your on-site technical contact has access to your device
☐ Refer to the customer email with the required IP information (gateway IP, subnet mask, IP subnet for customer, usable IPs, DNS)
You must configure your end device with the static IP subnet and required network information (Gateway IP, Subnet Mask, Usable IPs and DNS). This information is sent via email and should be provided to your technical contact or IT department in advance of the installation.
