Save more for your business, get a bill credit when you return an existing device to TELUS. If you have a Bring-It-Back amount owing, select the Bring-It-Back option. If you own your device outright, select the Trade-In option. If you’re unsure about your device status, check the MyTELUS app.

Trade in your business device
Since you already own your device, you can use our estimator to determine its value and choose to continue your return in-store or online. Learn how to get started below.
Step 1: Get your estimate.
Using our tool below, you can see how much your credit would be when you trade in your device. Please note that a TELUS representative will also evaluate your business device either in-store, or if you choose to ship your device to us.
Determine device condition
Please answer all the questions to help us calculate your device value towards your trade-in in its condition.
Step 2: Set up your new device and get an estimate for your existing one.
Once you’ve selected and set up your new device, you can then use our estimator to determine the value of your existing device. If your device is damaged and you have extended warranty, you can submit a claim to have it repaired before your estimate.
Step 3: Get your return label and prepare to ship your existing device.
Once you complete your purchase, we’ll email you a return label. To prepare your device for shipment, make sure it’s in good working condition, backup and save your personal information and restore it to its factory settings.
Step 4: Track your return and credit status.
Use the My TELUS app to track the return process, including the confirmed credit from your existing device. Once your credit has been confirmed, you’ll see it applied to your next bill.
