Supported number of digital boxes are based on location specific service availability. Power supply required. Component cables (included) are used to connect each digital box to a TV. Wireless signal range will vary and can be affected by conditions in the business, including interference from other electronic devices and the materials used in construction. Digital boxes are not weatherproof and should not be left outdoors or exposed to water. Adequate signal transmission is required within the business location and will be tested by a TELUS representative before installation.
Business Optik TV includes 1 complimentary wired set up box (reg. $10/mo). Supported number of digital boxes are based on location specific service availability. Each TV requires 1 digital box. Incremental service plans must be purchased for additional TV sets. PVR hardware is not available. Split TV setup and hardware is not included.
Business owners have 2 options for Installation: Self-Installation for $0, or Professional Installation fee of $49.95 – regular price $150. Installation price includes up to three TVs conditional upon the use of the existing TV outlets and telephone/modem jacks and the customer agreement to the service terms and conditions. Installation fee waived if coming from another TV service provider (limited time offer).
Commercial sports pricing is required for all bars, restaurants, and other similar establishments with liquor licenses, whereby establishments will pay a monthly rate for sports television services based on the size of the venue’s maximum liquor license occupancy. Liquor licensed locations must be properly disclosed to TELUS representatives prior to installation. Prices subject to change. TELUS reserves the right to modify channel lineups, packaging and regular pricing, without notice. HDTV-input-equipped television required to watch HD. Minimum system requirements apply. Final eligibility for the services will be determined by a TELUS representative. Due to broadcast restrictions PVR is disabled. Video on Demand is available for private viewing only.
