The Unified Communications (UC) services market in Canada is burgeoning and now considered the cornerstone and foundation of modern business collaboration. In 2018, the Canadian market for hosted PBX and UC services expanded by an estimated 47.5% to $198.3 million, with TELUS as the top service provider by market share (34.6%). By the end of 2019, TELUS’ lead is expected to increase to 35.7%, with the next closest competitor at 22.9%.
