Giving youth in need an equal start to the school year through TELUS Kits for Kids

For many families, the rising cost of food and goods means many essential school supplies are simply not within their means. Our TELUS Kits for Kids program helps to fill this gap by providing essential school supplies to students from families in need.
Proudly, since 2006, we’ve supported 250,000 families of school aged children across Canada with backpacks filled with essential school supplies.
What’s in the Kit for Kids?
Every kit includes an unmarked backpack, pack of lined paper, one package of exercise books, pencil case, colouring pencils, pencils, blue pens, eraser and a ruler.
TELUS Kits for Kids represents more than just notebooks, pens, and rulers; it represents an investment in a child’s future, providing them with readiness to step into the classroom on an equal footing with their peers.
