Helping children succeed at school through TELUS Kits for Kids

For many families, the rising costs of food and goods means many essential school supplies are simply not within their means.
Proudly, our TELUS Kits for Kids program helps to fill that gap, providing essential school supplies to children from families in need. Each backpack is filled with a pencil case, colouring pencils, HB pencils, blue pens, erasers, a flexible ruler, exercise books, loose-leaf papers and a TELUS colouring book.
To date, we have distributed over 200,000 Kits for Kids to school-age children across Canada. This year alone, TELUS will be distributing 19,000 Kits for Kids.
At TELUS, we are proud to give where we live in support of communities in need across the globe.
Since 2000, our extended TELUS family has provided $1.6 billion in cash, in-kind contributions, time and programs, including 2.2 million days of volunteering.
