If you have scheduled a Business installation appointment with a phone agent, you can view and manage its date, time and other details simply by logging into My TELUS.
We recommend using your My TELUS online portal. It is the fastest, easiest way to get information about your accounts and appointments.
There are two different ways to get to the Appointment Details, depending on your type of Overview:
Overview A

Log in to My TELUS
From your Overview, select View Details to expand a panel

This panel will display your Important Notices and Account Related Activity, including any upcoming appointments
The most recent appointment will be located within Important Notices
Select View details on this notification to view the appointment details

If you have multiple appointments pending, you can navigate to the Appointments dashboard from the Account Related Activity section
Consult the dashboard to view your appointment details such as Date, Appointment type and Status

Select the appointment date to view details such as:
Time estimate for the appointment
Duration of the installation
Point of contact in the appointment
Service address for the appointment
Appointment status, including:
Appointment Scheduled
Technician Assignment
Technician in Transit
Appointment in Progress
Appointment Completed
Additional Information

Select the appointment date

Select Cancel
