View and download your bill
Download and view your current bill or any bill from the past 18 months with My TELUS.
Before you begin, first ensure you:
Have an Account manager profile on My TELUS. If you do not have a My TELUS profile, you can register now
Have a PDF reader installed on your computer, smartphone or mobile device
Disable any pop-up blocker or firewall that may block downloads from your My TELUS page
Locate your Downloads folder on your computer, smartphone or mobile device
View and download your current bill
Log in to My TELUS
From your Overview page, scroll to the Your Bills tile
Select the desired account, if applicable
Select Download current PDF bill to download your current bill
Note: The download will start automatically when selecting the link. You can then typically find the bill in your Downloads folder, depending on your computer settings.
Download all past monthly bills
Log into My TELUS
From your Overview page, scroll to the Your Bills tile
Select the desired account, if applicable
Select Download all past PDF bills to download up to 18 months of bills at once
Note: The downloads will be automatically started when selecting the link. You can then typically find the bill in your Downloads folder, depending on your settings.
Download a single past monthly bill
Note: This feature is currently only available for TELUS Business Mobility customers.
Log into My TELUS
Select the Billing tab
Select the desired account, if applicable
Scroll to the Past Bills section
Select the desired month to download a PDF of your bill
Note: The download will be automatically started when selecting the month. You can then typically find the bill in your Downloads folder, depending on your computer settings.
TELUS Business customers can currently download Business Mobility bills through the My TELUS App:
View and download your current bill
Log in to the My TELUS app on your device
Select the Billing tab
Your current bill details will be displayed on screen:
Mobility Services: A bar will visually display base plan charges, additional charges and taxes
Scroll down and select Download Bill (PDF)
Tip: Android users who are presented with the message “Allow my account to access photos and media and files on your device” must select Allow to proceed with the download
Once the download is complete, select the bill you wish to open
If you are an IOS/Apple user, you will be advised to go to the Files folder on your device to locate the downloaded bill. If you are unable to easily locate it in the files, search for Bill
If you are an Android user, you will find the downloaded bills in My Downloads or Files folder. As a plus, a notification should appear indicating that a PDF file has been downloaded to your device. You can also select this to view your bill
Note: These are general steps. You may need to search how to access downloaded files for your particular device if these steps do not apply.
Download past monthly bills
Log in to the My TELUS app from your device
Select the Billing tab
Select Transaction & Bill History
Select Bill History to access your past 18 monthly bills
Select each month you wish to download or choose Select All to to download all bills for a single year
Select Download
Tip: Android users who are presented with the message “Allow my account to access photos and media and files on your device” must select Allow to proceed with the download
Once the download is complete, select the bill you wish to open

Note: Keep in mind that downloading PDF bills will make use of data unless you are on Wi-Fi.
