Download and view your bill
Download and view your current bill or any bill from the past 18 months with My TELUS.
Note: This article is related to downloading and viewing bills only. To learn more about bill payments, please visit How to pay your business bill.
Before you begin, first ensure you:
Have an Account manager profile on My TELUS. If you do not have a My TELUS profile, you can register now
Have a PDF reader installed on your computer, smartphone or mobile device
Disable any pop-up blocker or firewall that may block downloads from your My TELUS page
Locate your Downloads folder on your computer, smartphone or mobile device
Download and view your current bill
For My TELUS profiles with single accounts:
Log into My TELUS. If you don’t have an account, register now
From your Overview page, select the Billing tab
You can also select View bill from the Your Bills section
Select the desired account, if applicable
Select Download PDF bill
For My TELUS profiles with multiple accounts:
Log into My TELUS. If you don’t have an account, register now
Select the desired account
From your Overview page, select the Billing tab
You will be taken to the My TELUS Bill Analyzer where you can download and view your latest statement. See the Download and view your bill with My TELUS section of this article for more details
Profiles linked ONLY to Business Mobility accounts will be taken to the standard Billing page instead of Bill Analyzer:
Select the desired account
Select Download PDF
Notes: The download will start automatically when selecting the link. You can then typically find the bill in your Downloads folder, depending on your computer settings.
Download and view multiple past monthly bills
For My TELUS profiles with single accounts:
Log into My TELUS. If you don’t have an account, register now
From your Overview page, select the Billing tab
You can also select View bill from the Your Bills section
Select Download past PDF bills to download up to 18 months of bills at once
For My TELUS profiles with multiple accounts:
Log into My TELUS. If you don’t have an account, register now
Select the desired account
In the Your Bills section of your Overview page, select Download past PDF bills
Note: The download will start automatically when selecting the link. You can then typically find the bill in your Downloads folder, depending on your computer settings.
Download and view a single past monthly bill
Note: This feature is currently ONLY available for TELUS Business Mobility customers.
Log into My TELUS
From your Overview page, select the Billing tab
You can also select View bill from the Your Bills section
Select the desired account, if applicable
Scroll to the Past Bills section
Select the desired month to download a PDF of your bill
Note: The download will be automatically started when selecting the month. You can then typically find the bill in your Downloads folder, depending on your computer settings.
TELUS Business customers can currently download Business Mobility bills through the My TELUS App:
Download and view your current bill
Log in to the My TELUS app on your device
Select the Billing tab
Your current bill details will be displayed on screen:
Mobility Services: A bar will visually display base plan charges, additional charges and taxes
Scroll down and select Download Bill (PDF)
Tip: Android users who are presented with the message “Allow my account to access photos and media and files on your device” must select Allow to proceed with the download
Once the download is complete, select the bill you wish to open
If you are an IOS/Apple user, you will be advised to go to the Files folder on your device to locate the downloaded bill. If you are unable to easily locate it in the files, search for Bill
If you are an Android user, you will find the downloaded bills in My Downloads or Files folder. As a plus, a notification should appear indicating that a PDF file has been downloaded to your device. You can also select this to view your bill

Download and view past monthly bills
Log in to the My TELUS app from your device
Select the Billing tab
Select Transaction & Bill History
Select Bill History to access your past 18 monthly bills
Select each month you wish to download or choose Select All to to download all bills for a single year
Select Download
Tip: Android users who are presented with the message “Allow my account to access photos and media and files on your device” must select Allow to proceed with the download
Once the download is complete, select the bill you wish to open

Keep in mind that downloading PDF bills will make use of data unless you are on Wi-Fi.

Select Access Bill Analyzer
Select Statements
Select PDF Bill in the Print Bill Download section
Select PDF copy of your print bill to bring up a list of available statements
Select the desired statement to download it
