View and download Customer Service Agreements in My TELUS

Account owners can now view and download agreement details for TELUS services, including the Order Confirmation and Financing Agreement (if applicable).

1. Sign into My TELUS

2. Go to My Profile tab

3. Click on the View and download link under Your Service Agreements

4. Choose the desired Customer Service Agreement

Note: Only account owner profiles will have access to view and download Customer Service Agreements in My TELUS.
