To activate
From your office phone, dial * 72 or #72. Listen for three beeps followed by a dial tone
Dial the destination number
Answer the call from the destination number and hold the line for 5 to 10 seconds to activate the feature
Note: If the line is busy or goes unanswered, hang up and repeat the process 2 minutes later.
To deactivate
From your office phone, dial * 73 or #73
Listen for 2 beeps
Hang up
To activate
From your office phone, dial * 72, *79 or 79#
