Call Forward for your Office Phone
Call Forward automatically forwards calls to another number

Call Forward variable
To activate
- From your office phone, dial *72 or #72. Listen for three beeps followed by a dial tone
- Dial the destination number
- Answer the call from the destination number and hold the line for 5 to 10 seconds to activate the feature
Note: If the line is busy or goes unanswered, hang up and repeat the process 2 minutes later.
To deactivate
- From your office phone, dial *73 or #73
- Listen for 2 beeps
- Hang up
Call Forward to a fixed number
To activate
- From your office phone, dial *72, *79 or 79#
- Hang up
To deactivate
- From your office phone, dial *73 or 73#
- Hang up
Notes:
- Once a number is set, it can only be changed by contacting TELUS. Service charges may apply
- If the destination number is long distance, charges will apply
Call Forward no answer
Incoming calls can be automatically forwarded to a predetermined number when the line is unanswered. The predetermined number is chosen when you order the service and is set up by TELUS.
To activate
- From your office phone, dial *92
- Listen for 2 beeps
- Hang up
To set the number of rings
- From your office phone, dial *94
- Listen for 3 beeps, then a dial tone
- Enter the number of rings the caller hears before the call is forwarded (from 2 to 9)
- Listen for 2 beeps,
- Hang up
To deactivate
- From your office phone, dial *93
- Listen for 2 beeps
- Hang up
Call Forward busy
Incoming calls can be automatically forwarded to a predetermined number when the line is in use. The predetermined number is chosen when you order the service and is set up by TELUS.
To activate
- From your office phone, dial *90
- Listen for 2 beeps
- Hang up
