Instructions for changing your address

Change your Mobility billing address

  1. Login to My TELUS
  2. Select My Profile from the top-right menu bar
  3. Go to your desired Mobility account #
  4. Select Update address
  5. Search or enter your new address information and select Save
  6. Confirm your new address and select Confirm!

Change your other business Services billing address

For other business services, fill in the update billing address form using the My TELUS support requests feature:

  1. Log in to My TELUS
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click Go to Support Requests, then Billing and payments
  3. Select *Update billing address
  4. Select Other services
  5. Go to the account from Select account number
  6. Fill in all required fields
  7. Click 'Submit'

Requests are responded to in 1-2 business days.
