Change your billing address
Learn how to change your TELUS Mobility or TELUS Business billing address using My TELUS.
- Log in to your
- Select My Profile
- Under Your accounts, select Change Billing Address
- Start entering your new address in the field seen below:
- The system will start suggesting addresses as it is linked to Canada Post services. Select the correct one OR select the Add It Manually link if your address cannot be found
- Select Submit
