Change your TELUS Business account billing address in My TELUS
Instructions for changing your address
Change your Mobility billing address
- Login to
- Select My Profile from the top-right menu bar
- Go to your desired Mobility account #
- Select Update address
- Search or enter your new address information and select Save
- Confirm your new address and select Confirm!
Change your other business Services billing address
For other business services, fill in theform using the My TELUS support requests feature:
- Log in to
- Scroll to the bottom and click Go to Support Requests, then Billing and payments
- Select *Update billing address
- Select Other services
- Go to the account from Select account number
- Fill in all required fields
- Click 'Submit'
Requests are responded to in 1-2 business days.
