How to access the TELUS Control Panel for your web hosting account

Use the Domain Manager via the TELUS Control Panel to manage your domain. Specifically, you can:

  • change your domain’s Whols information

  • update privacy settings

  • lock your domain to prevent it being from transferred to another registrar

  • modify name servers

  • update zone files

  • request the Extensible Provisioning Protocol (EPP) code to authorize the transfer of your domain name

  • manage domain renewals

Your username and password information for the TELUS Control Panel remain unchanged. In case you have forgotten, your username is your domain name (i.e. mydomain.com) and you can use the “Forgot your password” link to request a new password.

1. Why was I redirected to this page from the “Manage Your Domain” login page?

The “Manage Your Domain” login has been replaced with a new application, Domain Manager, effective October 2016. Domain Manager can be accessed in the TELUS Control Panel.

Now, instead of requiring two separate credentials (one for the TELUS Control Panel and another for “Manage Your Domain”) you can simply login to the TELUS Control Panel where you can manage your domain name as well as any other TELUS Website Services you subscribe to, including website services and email. Please update your bookmarks.

2. Where can I manage my domain name?

Your domain name can be managed through the TELUS Control Panel using the new Domain Manager application. If you do not have your login credentials simply use the “Forgot Password” link.

3. What should I do with my “Manage Your Domain” login credentials?

These login credentials to the “Manage Your Domain” login are no longer necessary. Instead, login to the TELUS Control Panel to manage your domain name.

4. What is the Domain Manager?

The new Domain Manager application allows you to manage your domain name as you would have with the previous “Manage Your Domain” login. Within the Domain Manager, you can:

  • change your domain’s Whols information

  • update privacy settings

  • lock your domain to prevent it being from transferred to another registrar
