Request to modify the details of an authorized account contact

Learn how to request to add, change, or update an authorized person on your TELUS Business account

To add, update or remove an authorized person i.e. someone with permission to make changes to your account

From Overview in My TELUS

  1. Scroll to the bottom and click Go to Support Requests
  2. Click Account Management > Modify authorized person details
  3. For Which account type is affected?, Click Select Other Services
  4. Choose an option: Add authorized person, Remove authorized person, or _Change details
  5. Select the target account number or use other then enter it manually in Unlinked account number
  6. Fill in all required fields, then click Submit

Please allow 2 business days to complete the request.
