How to set up your TELUS Business Smart Hub
You can connect your Business Smart Hub to various Local Area Networks (LANs) using a computer, third-party wireless router or a TELUS router or gateway.
Plug the SIM card into the back of the TELUS Smart Hub device
Plug the power cord into the back of the device
Plug the LAN cable into the LAN port of the device
Plug the LAN cable into the LAN port of the computer
Turn on the TELUS Smart Hub (starting up can take up to 5 minutes)
Open a browser window on the computer
In the address bar, enter 192.168.20.1
Follow the wizard steps
The TELUS Smart Hub will reboot once the settings have been changed (this can take up to 5 minutes)
Launch the browser and start browsing

Plug the SIM card into the back of the TELUS Smart Hub device
Plug the power cord into the back of the device
Plug the RJ45/LAN cable into the LAN port of the device
Plug the RJ45/LAN cable into the LAN port of the computer
Turn on the TELUS Smart Hub (starting up can take up to 5 minutes)
Open a browser window on the computer
In the address bar, enter 192.168.20.1
Follow the wizard steps
The device will reboot once the settings have been changed (this can take up to 5 minutes)
Unplug the LAN cable from the WAN/Internet port of your third-party wireless router/gateway
Reboot the third-party router (this can take up to 5 minutes)
Launch the browser and start browsing
NOTE: Once the ADSL service has been restored, the LAN cable on the WAN port must be disconnected.
Plug the SIM card into the back of the TELUS Smart Hub
Plug the power cord into the back of the device
Plug the LAN cable into the LAN port of the device
Plug the LAN cable into the LAN port of the computer
Turn on the TELUS Smart Hub (starting can take up to 5 minutes)
Open a browser window
In the address bar, enter 192.168.20.1

Unplug the LAN cable from the computer and plug it into the WAN/Internet port of your TELUS wireless router
Unplug the RJ11 telephone cable from the TELUS gateway/router
Reboot the third-party wireless router (this can take up to 5 minutes)
Launch the browser and start browsing
NOTE: Once the ADSL service has been restored, the RJ11 cable must be plugged back into the TELUS gateway or router and the LAN cable on the WAN port must be disconnected.

Select Business phone or Internet Services
Enter your name, email and phone number, then select Start Chat
Once connected to the Virtual Assistant, simply type “No internet”. The assistant will walk you through troubleshooting suggestions step-by-step
