How to make a one-time credit card payment in the My TELUS app

If you need to pay your bills on the go, you can follow the steps below to make full or partial one-time payments through Visa (Credit and Debit), MasterCard, or American Express.

Note: Update to the latest version of the app for best functionality.

How to

1. Log in to the My TELUS app on your handset using the username and password required for telus.com/mytelus.

2. Select Billing across the bottom of the page.

3. Select Pay bill

4. Enter the payment amount and credit card information and select Next:

• Card type

• Cardholder name

• Card number

• Expiry date

• Three-digit Card Security Code (CSC)

5. Review the details and select Pay now.

A confirmation of the payment, including the amount paid, the account number, and confirmation number, will be displayed.
