How to find your Business account number
TELUS is making it simpler to access your account online. In most cases, all you will need is your account number. Here are a few places to find it.
TELUS Service agreement
Your Mobility account number can be found on your TELUS Service Agreement, at the top of the page.
TELUS Paper bill or e.Bill
It appears on your TELUS paper bill, on the first page under your name.

If none of these options are available to you, you can contact our team using the chat icon found at the bottom right hand corner of the page.

Note: You will be asked to validate your identity to obtain your account number.
TELUS Bill
Your account number can be found on your paper bill, on page 1 to the right of the company name and on the bottom part of this same page that has the stub that can be attached to your payment.
You may also find your account number in the bottom-left corner of every page of your bill
Bill Analyzer Statement Report
You can generate a statement report from within the Bill Analyzer which will also have the account number at the top of page 1.

If you still cannot locate you account number, contact a TELUS representative to obtain your account number and request a copy of the following items :
