Get to know what Stream+ is, how it works and how to manage it after you’ve added it to your Business Mobility plan.
What is Stream+?
Stream+ is a bundle of video streaming services that includes Netflix Premium, Apple TV+ and discovery+. This bundle is exclusive to TELUS Business Mobility customers and can be added to any Business Mobility plan for a monthly fee. There is no commitment tied to the service, so you can enjoy it for as long as you like and cancel anytime.
What if I already have a Netflix, Apple TV+ or discovery+ account?
Not a problem. Once you add Stream+, you'll be asked to activate your accounts by either creating a new account for the services you don't yet have or linking your existing account so you don't lose your watch history or account details. Once you link your existing account, your billing will transfer over to TELUS.
What if I already have a Netflix account with my TELUS Optik TV package?
If Netflix is included in your Optik TV package (in AB or BC), you will need to choose another premium option, such as Crave, as part of your Optik TV package to avoid being double-billed for Netflix. You can log in to My TELUS to update your Optik TV package.

Once you add Stream+ to a Mobility plan and activate your Netflix, Apple TV+ and discovery+ accounts, you're all set to start watching on your TV, laptop, smartphone or tablet. For more information on device compatibility, please refer to the following support pages:
How can I get Stream+?
New customers: If you're looking to join TELUS Business Mobility to get exclusive access to Stream+, you can add it online during your transaction or anytime afterwards through My TELUS. See detailed steps on how to add Stream+ through My TELUS.
You can also add Stream+ to your TELUS Business Mobility plan at any of our retail locations or with a customer service representative during your transaction.
I've purchased Stream+. How can I start watching content?
To start watching your favourite movies and shows, you must first activate your Netflix, Apple TV+ and discovery+ accounts in My TELUS. See detailed steps on how to activate your accounts through My TELUS.
If you already have an account with Netflix, Apple TV+ or discovery+, you will be able to link your existing account during the Stream+ activation process so you don't lose your watch history or account details. Once you link your existing account, your billing will transfer over to TELUS and you should no longer be charged by the streaming service provider.
How do I cancel Stream+?
Since there is no commitment tied to Stream+, you can cancel the bundle at any time. If you would like to cancel your Stream+ bundle, you can do so through My TELUS. See detailed steps on how to cancel Stream+ through My TELUS.
What will happen to my Netflix, Apple TV+ and discovery+ accounts when I cancel Stream+?
If you cancel Stream+, you will no longer have access to your streaming accounts through TELUS. Your subscription may automatically renew with the streaming service provider if your previous method of payment is still on your account and up to date. Otherwise, you may have to update your payment information to resume service with the streaming service provider again.
With respect to billing, you will be charged a prorated amount starting from the first day of your billing cycle up until the day you cancel Stream+ with TELUS.

How will billing work if I already pay for Netflix, Apple TV+ or discovery+?
Once you add Stream+, you will be charged starting the day of your purchase. As a result, you will likely see a prorated amount for Stream+ on your first bill. If you are new to TELUS Business and are waiting for your device and/or SIM card to be shipped out to you, you won't be charged until your order is shipped.
After you add Stream+, it is important that you activate your Netflix, Apple TV+ and discovery+ accounts in My TELUS to avoid double billing. During the activation process, you will be able to link your existing account so you don't lose your watch history or account details. Once you link your account, your billing will transfer over to TELUS.

Apple TV+: When you add Stream+, Apple will suspend payment to Apple TV+. However, payment will remain active on the Apple TV+ plan provided through Stream+
I have an Apple One subscription that includes Apple TV+. Will this work with Stream+?
If you have an Apple TV+ account through an Apple One subscription, you will still be able to link your account to Stream+. However, you will not receive any credits or partial refunds for Apple TV+ from Apple or TELUS.
Does streaming on my mobile device count towards my data usage allowance?
Streaming movies and shows will count towards your data usage allowance if you're using your mobile data. To use less mobile data, you can connect to Wi-Fi when streaming on your mobile device or you can download content for offline viewing where available.
