View your payment history

You can view up to 6 months of payment history by following these simple steps

  1. Log in to My TELUS

  2. Select the Billing tab from the overview

    • If your profile has several accounts, select the desired account

  3. Scroll down the page to view the Past bills tile and select View transactions history

    Account transaction history will display the following information for the account:

    • Status history

    • Invoice history

    • Payment history

    • Payment method history

    • Address change history

    • Adjustment history

  4. Select the month you wish to view history for

    View your bill payments / Account image
