How to report a Business bill payment
If you've made a TELUS bill payment near or after your payment due date, you can report it online or by phone.
The fastest way to report your payment is with our Virtual Assistant.
Go to TELUS.com/business, select small or medium business
Click the chat icon in the lower right hand corner.
3. Select the following options to initiate the Virtual Assistant
I’m a Business Customer,
Are you an existing TELUS Business Customer?
How can we help you?
Changing features, billing and other account inquiries
What services can we help you with?
Example: Business mobility services, Etc..
* (if you selected mobility) Is your question related to roaming passes?
4. Enter your name, email address and contact number
5. Type Report a Payment Note: The payment reported must be at least the past due amount.
Log in to My TELUS and select the Billing tab or from your overview.
If you are eligible*, you will see a link to Notify us of a recent payment. Complete the form accordingly.
*If your account is over 60 days late the system will then load up the option to report. If you do not see the option then there is no need to report a payment and simply wait for your payment to post to your account.
You'll need your TELUS PIN number when using this method.

2. Press 1 for English
3. Select Option 3 to Report your payment
Your account is now marked with your payment.
