How to pay your business bill
Multiple options to make paying your TELUS Business bill easier
Pay easily through your online portal. You can choose to pay by Credit Card, Visa Debit Card or through the bank:
Log into My TELUS. If you don’t have an account, register now
From your Overview page, select the Billing tab
You can also select View bill from the Your Bills section
Select the desired account if applicable
Select Pay Bill
Note: If you're unable to locate the Pay Bill button, this is likely because you have no current balance due.
Making a payment on the go has never been easier with the My TELUS app:
Log in to the My TELUS app on your mobile device
Don't have it yet? Download the free My TELUS mobile app
Select the desired account, if applicable
Select the Billing tab
Select Pay Bill
Select your method of payment: Use bank account or Use a card
If you selected "Use a bank account":
Select your bank to be redirected to their website or app
Log into your bank account
Enter the payment amount and follow the remaining prompts
If you selected "Use a card":
Enter your payment amount
Enter your credit card details
You can also select a saved card, if available
Select Next
Review the payment details, then select Pay now when ready
You can pay your TELUS Business bill easily from within the My TELUS Bill Analyzer:
Log into My TELUS. If you don’t have an account, register now
Select the Billing tab
Select Access Bill Analyzer
Select Statements
Select the checkbox for each statement you wish to pay
Select Pay
Select your Payment Method, Payment Amount and Payment Date from the available drop-down menus
Note: You can add a payment method by selecting Add bank account or Add credit card
Select the checkbox to accept payment terms and conditions
Select Pay Statements
Locate the TELUS Assist icon on your screen
Once in the chat, type "Pay my bill" or ‘’Set up Pre Authorized payment’’ and the Virtual Assistant will help point you in the right direction
Save time by using our IVR (Interactive Voice Response) to pay your bill with a credit card. A fast and easy way to pay with no wait time.
For Business Mobility Services:
Dial *227 from your TELUS Business mobile phone or;
Call TELUS Business Mobility Support and say “Make a payment” when prompted
For Business Wireline and other services:
Dial 310-2255 from your TELUS Business landline or;
Call TELUS Business Wireline Support and say “Make a payment” when prompted
Using our self-serve IVR, you can also:
Check your account balance
Add/change pre-authorized payment details
Notify us of a payment
Once you’ve set up pre-authorized payments, you’ll never have to worry about paying your bill on time. You can make your payments by credit card, Visa Debit or through your bank account:
Log in to My TELUS. If you don’t have an account, register now
Select Billing
Choose the account for which you want pre-authorized payments to be set up or updated.
From the Balance section, select Set up pre-authorized payments
Complete and submit the online form
Notes:
It may take up to one full billing cycle for pre-authorized payments to take effect. If you have a balance due, we recommend that you make a one-time credit card payment to avoid late charges.

You can now also set up pre-authorized payments from your My TELUS App.
Log into your bank’s website
Add the appropriate payee:
The payee name for Business Mobility Services is TELUS Mobility
The payee name for any Other Business Services is TELUS Communications Inc
Make sure the correct account number is entered
Notes: You'll need your TELUS account number, found on your bill or Client Service Agreement. *Learn more about where to find your account number.
Please ensure to write the account number* associated with the payment on the front of the cheque or money order (one cheque/money order per account number).
Ensure the cheque or money order is made out to:

TELUS Communications Inc for Business Wireline and other business services

Allow 7 business days for mail delivery and processing time when Canada Post is not experiencing delays
Once the mailed payment is received by TELUS, it will be processed and applied to your account within 24 hours

MoneyGram is a service provided by Canada Post that allows you to pay your bills at participating postal outlets.
Go to your nearest participating postal outlet
Make a cash or debit payment
Provide the Canada Post representative with the following information:
Name of the company to be paid:
TELUS MOBILITY for Business Mobility services
TELUS Communications for Business Wireline and other services
Your TELUS account number (find out how to locate your account number)
Locate the nearest postal outlet and find the list of services provided at canadapost.ca
Note: This is a service that is provided by Canada Post and as such, the fees are at their discretion. Be advised that fees cannot be waived or credited by TELUS.
Pay your TELUS account or security deposit at Money Mart:
Visit a Money Mart location (find one near you at moneymart.ca) to pay their bill using either cash or debit card
Provide the Money Mart agent with the following information:
Your Name
Name of the company to be paid:
TELUS MOBILITY for mobility services
TELUS Communications for all wireline and other Business services
Your TELUS account number (find out how to locate your account number)
The Money Mart agent will provide you with a copy of the transaction.
You can then report a payment to us
You can always pay your bill at your local bank or financial institution. Locate a bank or financial institution near you.
Please present your bill or remittance slip to the teller.
Ensure the correct payee is selected:
TELUS MOBILITY for Business Mobility services
TELUS Communications for Business Wireline and other business services
Ensure the correct account number is entered (find out how to locate your account number)
Allow 5 days for the payment to be processed
You can also pay your bill at your TELUS store by either credit card or visa debit card. Locate a store near you.
Simply present your bill, remittance slip or account number (find out how to locate your account number) along with a valid picture ID at your local TELUS branch.
Note: You must be the account manager in order to proceed in store. The agent in store will not be able to call the account owner to validate the information. The authorized names must be on file before paying in store.
