How to log in to Business Connect
These steps can be used to log in with the Business Connect Voice Manager, Unified App, Desktop App & Mobile App.
Important: Your extension must first be authorized to use the registered email address to log in. The details on how to proceed to do this can be found in this article: How to Enable "Use email to log in" on the RingCentral Online account
Logging into your account via email
Go to the Business Connect login
Enter your Email Address > select Next
Enter your Password > select Sign In
NOTE: If you select Remember me, you will be automatically logged in to your account the next time you visit the site.
You can log in using either your direct phone number or the main company number.
Log in using direct number
Go to the Business Connect login
Enter your direct phone number > Select Next
Enter your Password > select Sign In
Log in using company number
Go to the Business Connect login
Enter your direct phone number > Select Next
Enter your Extension > Password > select Sign In
NOTE: If you select Remember me, you will be automatically logged in to your account the next time you visit the site.
Select this option only if your company uses Single Sign-on (SSO) to access TELUS Business Connect. SSO can only be set up by your company Administrator.

Logging into your account via SSO
Go to the Business Connect login
Select Single Sign-On (SSO)
Enter your Email Address > select Submit
You will be asked to enter your company's IDP login
Enter your Company Username and Password > select Sign In
