Download the Business Connect desktop app

Managing business communications directly from your desktop has never been easier. The Business Connect Desktop App lets you:

  • Make phone calls

  • Transfer calls to voicemail

  • Hold audio or video conferences

  • Send faxes with custom cover pages

  • Import photos from Microsoft Outlook and Mac Contacts

To download the Desktop App:

The popup blocker must be disabled

I am a Business Connect User

From Voice Manager

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click on Phones & Numbers > Phones

  3. Scroll down to Download/Activate Apps

  1. Select Download TELUS Business Connect for desktop

  2. Download the version of the app compatible with your computer (PC or Mac)

  3. Run the Install Wizard

I am a Business Connect Admin As a Business Connect admin, you can install the app on the users’ desktops by downloading it through your admin extension From Voice Manager

  1. Click on Admin Portal on the top right and change it to My Extension

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Click on Phones & Numbers > Phones

  4. Scroll down to Download/Activate Apps

  5. Select Download TELUS Business Connect for desktop

  6. Download the version of the app compatible with your computer ( PC or Mac)

  7. Run the Install Wizard

NOTE : Once the desktop app is installed, you must complete the activation by registering the E911 address (see Set up Business Connect desktop app to make outbound calls).
