You can manage your business communications directly from your desktop by using the Business Connect Desktop App to:
Make phone calls
Transfer calls to voicemail
Hold audio or video conferences
Send faxes with custom cover pages
Import photos from Microsoft Outlook and Mac Contacts
Note: Pop-up blockers must first be disabled. Learn how to allow pop-ups in Chrome.
Sign in to the Business Connect Voice Manager
Select Settings
Select Phones & Numbers > Phones
Scroll down and select the Download/Activate Apps button
Select Download TELUS Business Connect Phone Desktop App from the drop-down menu
Select Download for Mac or Download for PC to download the version compatible with your computer
Locate the file on your computer (often found in your Downloads folder)
Run the install wizard and follow the prompts to install the app on your computer
Note: Once the Desktop App is installed, you must complete the activation by registering the E911 address. See Set up Business Connect Desktop App to make outbound calls for more information.
