Create a Call Queue

Queues can be used to have multiple users receive calls directed to specific locations or departments. You must have admin access in order to create a call queue.

  1. Log in to the Business Connect Voice Manager

  2. Select Phone System > Groups > Call Queue

  3. Select + New Call Queue

  4. Enter the requested information: Queue Name, Extension Number, etc. > select Next

  5. Create a Voicemail Pin and assign a Manager > select Next

  6. Add members > select Done

NOTE: When using a call queue, users can only receive one call at a time.
