Create a Call Queue
Queues can be used to have multiple users receive calls directed to specific locations or departments. You must have admin access in order to create a call queue.
Log in to the Business Connect Voice Manager
Select Phone System > Groups > Call Queue
Select + New Call Queue
Enter the requested information: Queue Name, Extension Number, etc. > select Next
Create a Voicemail Pin and assign a Manager > select Next
Add members > select Done
NOTE: When using a call queue, users can only receive one call at a time.
