Create a Call Queue

Queues can be used to have multiple users receive calls directed to specific locations or departments. You must have admin access in order to create a call queue.

  1. Select
    Phone System
    >
    Groups
    >
    Call Queue

  2. Select
    + New Call Queue

  3. Enter the requested information:
    Queue Name
    ,
    Extension Number
    ,
    etc
    . > select
    Next

  4. Create a
    Voicemail Pin
    and assign a
    Manager
    > select
    Next

  5. Add
    members
    > select
    Done
    .

NOTE
: When using a call queue, users can only receive one call at a time.
