Move to e.Bill in light of COVID-19: What you need to know

To reduce the chance of contagion through social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic, TELUS Business will be moving paper bill business customers to e-Billing starting immediately.

Overview of e.Bill migration

TELUS is here to help you stay connected to your family, friends, colleagues and community during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have made a number of changes to help you during this period, which you can learn more about at telus.com/COVID.

One immediate step we are taking is to reduce the chance of contagion through social distancing. To do so, we will stop delivering paper bills via mail and we will instead deliver your bill only via email or SMS. This will allow us to help reduce pressure on our suppliers as well as on our postal services during the period. We will provide further updates on options to resume paper billing as the situation changes.

To ensure you’re notified when your e.Bill is ready, please confirm that your email address and SMS numbers are up to date. You can also choose your notification preferences in My TELUS.
