Zoho CRM for TELUS Business Connect

With features like single-click dialing, screen pop-ups for incoming calls, automatic call logging, simple configurations, and much more, your sales and support teams can manage all call related activities inside Zoho CRM.

  • Login to Zoho CRM by entering your Zoho username and password

  • Click the tools icon located at the top right corner and click “Setup”

  • Under “Channels” select “Telephony”

  • Select “Integrate” with TELUS Business Connect

  • Click “Enable”

  • A window will pop-up, click “Login to your TELUS Business Connect”

  • Enter your TELUS Business Connect account credentials to sign in

  • Under “Preferences” select the TELUS Business Connect phone number you will use to make calls

  • TELUS Business Connect is now setup to use with Zoho
