Forward incoming calls
Business Connect users or Admins can call forward your extension to another phone number.
I am a Business Connect user
From Voice Manager
Click Settings > Call Handling & Forwarding
In the call handling list, enter the phone number you wish to forward the calls to
Click Save
I am a Business Connect Admin
From Voice Manager
Click Users
Select the user's Extension
Click Call Handling & Forwarding
In the call handling list, enter the phone number you wish to forward the calls to
Click Save
Note: You can only call forward to phone numbers that are not already registered on your account
