Forward incoming calls

Business Connect users or Admins can call forward your extension to another phone number.

I am a Business Connect user

From Voice Manager

  1. Click Settings > Call Handling & Forwarding

  2. In the call handling list, enter the phone number you wish to forward the calls to

  3. Click Save

I am a Business Connect Admin

From Voice Manager

  1. Click Users

  2. Select the user's Extension

  3. Click Call Handling & Forwarding

  4. In the call handling list, enter the phone number you wish to forward the calls to

  5. Click Save

Note: You can only call forward to phone numbers that are not already registered on your account
