Create or Edit an IVR Menu

As Admin, You can create one or more IVR’s menus depending on your business needs.

New IVR menu

From Voice Manager

  1. Click Phone System > Auto Receptionist > IVR Editor
  2. Click Launch Visual IVR Editor > review tutorial
  3. Click the phone icon to start a new menu

Note: If you are using custom recorded prompts, you must upload them first before assigning to the menu.

Import custom recorded prompts

From Voice Manager

  1. Click Phone System >Auto Receptionist > Prompts Library
  2. Select Import Prompts to upload existing or Record Prompts for new recordings

Edit existing IVR menu

From Voice Manager

  1. click Phone System > Auto Receptionist > IVR Editor
  2. Click __Launch Visual IVR Editor __ (review or skip tutorial)
  3. Select the IVR menu on the left hand panel to be edited and click on Open
  4. Edit the required information, click on the checkmark in the top left corner of the menu to validate the changed
  5. Click on the Save icon

Assigning an IVR

From Voice Manager

  1. Click Phone System > Auto Receptionist>General Settings
  2. Change from Single Level to Multi Level > Select the IVR menu > click Save
  3. To edit an existing assigned menu, select IVR Settings > Select IVR Menu under the Company Hours Top Menu or the After Hours Top Menu
