Change amount of rings for inbound calls

Business Connect users and Admins can increase or decrease the amount of rings you and the caller will hear before calls are sent to voicemail

I am a Business Connect User

From Voice Manager

  1. Click Settings > Call Handling & Forwarding

  2. Under the call handling list, Change the Ring For time on the phones you wish to edit > Save

I am a Business Connect Admin

From Voice Manager

  1. In the Voice Manager, click Users > Select the user  > Call Handling & Forwarding

  2. Under the call handling list, change the Ring For time on the phones you wish to edit > Save
