Add or change a company greeting

As Admin, you can change the greeting that is heard when calling the main number

Add a company greeting

From Voice Manager

  1. Click Phone System > Auto Receptionist > IVR Settings

  2. Click Edit under Company Hours Greeting or After Hours Greeting 

  3. Change Set Greeting to Custom and choose the method you wish to record

    1. Over the Phone

    2. Computer Microphone

    3. Importing

  4. If you are editing a previously recorded greeting, click the Red Record button and then select your method to record

  5. Once recording is uploaded click Done

Turn off the company greeting

From Voice Manager

  1. Click Phone System > Auto Receptionist > IVR Settings

  2. Click Edit under Company Hours Greeting or After Hours Greeting

  3. Select Bypass greeting to go to extension and Select Extension to ring

  4. Click Done
