Add or change a company greeting

As admin, you can change the greeting that is heard when calling the main number

To add a company greeting:

  1. From Voice Manager, select Phone System > Auto Receptionist > General Settings > IVR Settings

  2. Select Edit under Company Hours Greeting or After Hours Greeting 

  3. Change Set Greeting to Custom and choose the method you wish to record:

  • Over the Phone

  • Via computer microphone

  • Importing

4. If you are editing a previously recorded greeting, press the Red Record button and select your method to record

5. Once the recording is uploaded, select Done

To turn off the company greeting:

  1. From Voice Manager, select Phone System > Auto Receptionist > General Settings > IVR Settings

  2. Select Edit under Company Hours Greeting or After Hours Greeting

  3. Select Bypass greeting to go to extension and Select Extension to ring

  4. Select Done
