Account Set-Up

To create your TELUS Business Wi-Fi account, follow the steps below

1. You will receive an email from Cisco Meraki stating that you have been provided an administrator account for this network. Your user name will be the email address that you provided to TELUS.

2. In the email, there will be a link to set your administrator password. Click on the link.

3. You will then be directed to the TELUS account page, where you will need to create a password for your admin account. Once the password is set, you will be able to manage your Wi-Fi networks.

4. Login to the dashboard portal through
http://dashboard.meraki.com

Use the email address and password you created previously.
