Account access while travelling

How to use My TELUS to view data usage or purchase a travel pass

While travelling, you can access your account to:

  • Purchase a travel add-on
  • Monitor your real-time data usage
  • View your account details

There are two ways to access your account (free from a TELUS mobile device):

  1. On the web, via your online account. (If you don’t have an account, register here.)
  2. Through the My TELUS app.
