Using My TELUS while travelling

While travelling, you can access your account to:

  • Purchase a travel add-on

  • Monitor your real-time data usage

  • View your account details

There are two ways to verify or update your travel options :

  1. On the web, via your online My TELUS account:

  • Select Travel

  • Select the user you wish to verify or update

2. Through your My TELUS app:

  • Select Plans/Travels

  • Select the user you wish to verify or update

Note: Use Wi-Fi while travelling to avoid roaming data fees.
